There’s a woman I know well.

She’s the one who said yes when she meant no. Who dimmed her knowing to keep the peace. Who shapeshifted through careers, degrees, and identities — not out of confusion, but out of a deep, relentless hunger to find the place where all of her made sense.

That woman was me.

For years I searched externally for what could only be found within. I moved through the world of finance, technology, design — collecting degrees, achieving milestones, building things. And each time I reached the summit, that familiar voice would return. This isn’t it yet. Keep going.

I didn’t know then that the voice wasn’t restlessness. It was my soul, pulling me toward my purpose.

The moment everything changed came through my children.

When my daughters were diagnosed with life-threatening food allergies, I did what I always do. I searched for a solution. When the doctors told me there was no cure, I refused to accept it. Something in me knew there was another way.

That knowing led me to discover what I now understand to be the foundation of all healing. Everything that manifests in the physical body has its origin in the energy field. When we shift the energy, we shift everything.

I found A.R.T. Allergy Release Technique and I watched their bodies respond. They began to eat the foods that previously would have harmed them. I watched their worlds open up. Children who had lived in fear of food began to breathe.

That’s when I knew that I was meant to do this work.

But my deepest initiation was still ahead of me.

In 2020, my own body broke open. A condition called Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW) took over my skin, and my life. The itching was bone-deep. The insomnia relentless. I experienced depression, shame, helplessness. And there was, once again, no medical cure. Just wait, they said.

I couldn’t wait. And I wouldn’t. There must be another way.

I turned everything I knew on myself. Diets, homeopathy, energy work, EFT, meditation, somatic healing. But more than the physical and energetic protocols, I got radically honest about who I was and who I had been hiding. I came to understand that what was erupting on my skin was also erupting from within. My body was asking me to stop hiding. To stop dimming. To finally become her.

I did the work for almost 5 years. My body healed. And the woman I had been suppressing for decades finally stepped forward.

That woman is who I am now and she is an Energy Alchemist.
